OGC standards and services (MapServer, QGisServer),
display components (Leaflet, OpenLayers, Mapbox).
spatial database extensions (PostGIS).
And/or you have DevOps knowledge:
continuous integration tools (Travis, GitHub or GitLab),
continuous deployment tools (Docker Swarm or Kubernetes/Helm),
supervision tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
And/or you've already worked remotely on Open Source projects.

We work 100% remotely because we don't have offices. While we can meet on a regular basis when necessary, and our working environment has been specifically designed for remote collaboration, we also recognize that being part of a fully remote company isn't for everyone.
From savings on office space and transportation to greater flexibility in daily life, we believe that fully remote working offers a number of advantages for organizations, their employees and the environment. However, it also requires a particular philosophy if it is to be experienced positively: we favor asynchronous communication, we place a high value on autonomy and results, and we put our know-how down in writing (documentation, procedures, articles) wherever possible.
